RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY ON ORIGINAL ART

RETURN FOR CHANGE OF MIND
In the unlikely event you are not happy with your Original Art piece:
Please contact Nathalie Le Riche via email at nathalie.leriche.art@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the artwork with:
- Order #
- Reason for return
- Supporting photo to show artwork is in good condition.
Nathalie will only accept paintings back if the change of mind is requested via email within 2 days of receiving the artwork and approval is granted and painting is sent back 7 days after the freight company’s drop off date.
Upon buyer receiving email confirmation of return from Nathalie:
- Buyer to return painting in original packaging and in the same condition received.
- Return freight costs to be covered by buyer.
- Art to be sent back by the same courier as it was sent by.
Upon Nathalie Le Riche receiving artwork back in the same condition as sent to the buyer, goods will be refunded as per the conditions above.
ART DAMAGED IN TRANSIT POLICY (as of 11 May 2021)
Art price does NOT cover insurance for damage of art in transit.
No returns or refunds issued for art damaged in transit if no insurance is requested.
Insurance is required to cover damages during transit (there and back). Insurance can be obtained upon request. Please request a quote for the amount you want to be insured for.
If insurance is taken out, terms and conditions will be as per the freight company’s insurance terms and damage payments will be done through the freight company.

### Return Policy for Print On Demand Nathalie Le Riche Prints & Products
#### 1. **General Return Policy**
**1.1. Damaged/Defective Items**
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
We will arrange a replacement or refund.
**1.2. Incorrect Items**
If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 30 days. We will ensure that the correct item is sent to you or provide a refund.
#### 2. **Non-Returnable Items**
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
#### 3. **How to Request a Return**
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at Nathalie.leriche.art@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Attach a photo of the item(s) clearly showing the problem.
Our customer service team will review your request and respond with further instructions.
#### 4. **Processing Time**
- Replacement items will be processed and shipped within 7 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
#### 5. **Shipping Costs**
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product, wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
