Policy for Damaged Original Art

In the unfortunate event your art arrives damaged please email nathalie.leriche.art@gmail.com within 7 business days of delivery date with description of damage and photo of proof. An insurance claim will be submitted with the freight courier to recover costs. The Terms of insurance is governed by Pack and Send Insurance Policy.

Policy for Change of Mind

Don’t love your new artwork? If the original artwork doesn’t satisfy you entirely, you have 7 business days from receipt of the artwork being delivered to request a return. Please email Nathalie.leriche.art@gmail.com the following details to obtain a confirmation of return. 

Return Of Art Work Will Only Be Accepted Upon:

Show proof of purchase receipt.

Require photo of Original Art to show it is in the same condition it was sent.

Why you want to return the item.

Upon Receiving A Confirmation Of Return:

Original Art to be packed in its original packaging

Return Freight with Insurance at your cost – please advise of freight details

Refund will be issued within 10 days upon receiving and checking art in good condition.

No Returns On The Following:

Unfortunately no returns accepted after 7 business days.

Returns are not acceptable on Discounted or Original Art on Sale – Please choose wisely.
