and acceptance. This piece is a celebration of the unique beauty that lies within

This painting is inspired by a pivotal moment in my life when my (ex) husband lost
the ability to walk after a scuba diving accident. Watching him regain the use of
his legs through sheer determination taught me to love and appreciate my own
body, a lesson I hadn't fully grasped until then. Before this, I was critical of my
body, always feeling that I was "too fat." But his experience made me realize
how precious it is to have a body that moves, and I began to love every part of
myself.
"I AM UNIQUE" serves as a reminder that true beauty is not found in meeting
societal standards but in the love and light we carry within. It's a message that
we are all beautiful just as we are. My journey led me to find true love by letting
go of superficial criteria and embracing the beauty that comes from within. May
